We like to be clear from the start

Before the Tour

    • Health and Comfort: Please inform us of any health conditions that could affect your tour experience. This includes motion sickness, heart conditions, or any mobility issues.
    • Dress Appropriately: Weather in Flanders can be unpredictable. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a jacket or raincoat just in case. Don’t forget your sunglasses for sunny days!
    • Safety Briefing: Pay close attention to the safety briefing provided by your driver-guide before starting the tour. It will cover important safety information and emergency procedures.

During the Tour

      • Seat Belts: For your safety, seat belts must be worn at all times when the car is in motion.
      • Head and Arms Inside: Please keep your head and arms inside the vehicle at all times, even when the car is stopped.
      • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and to preserve the vintage condition of the car.
      • Listen to Your Guide: Our driver-guides are knowledgeable and trained to ensure your safety. Please listen and adhere to their instructions at all times.
      • Stay Hydrated: We encourage you to bring a water bottle, especially on warmer days. Hydration is key to enjoying your tour to the fullest. Our tours are always equipped with some drinks

At theStops

      • Follow the Guide: When exploring stops, stay with your guide and group unless otherwise instructed. This ensures everyone’s safety and that no one gets lost.
      • Respect Boundaries: Please respect any roped-off or restricted areas at our stops. These boundaries are in place for your safety and the preservation of historic sites.
      • Photography: We welcome photography, but please be mindful of your surroundings and avoid standing in unsafe positions just for a photo.

General Conduct

      • Respect Others: Please be considerate of your fellow guests and people you meet during the tour. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
      • Alcohol Consumption: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, excessive alcohol consumption before or during the tour is discouraged.
      • Feedback: Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please don’t hesitate to provide feedback to your guide if you have any concerns during the tour.

In Case of Emergency

        • Stay Calm: In the unlikely event of an emergency, remain calm and listen to your guide’s instructions.
        • Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact numbers and first aid kits are available with your guide. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the first aid kit at the beginning of the tour.
